The mark consists of a stylized oval outlined with an ornamental border comprised of half-ovals, lines and dotted-lines, inside of which appears the wording "VANALISSA CHOCOLATIER" in stylized letters. Surrounding the foregoing is a toile style design consisting of the drawing of branches with leaves and flowers, with the drawings of small children throughout playing in different positions, one on top of the oval throwing two small stones, one below the oval in a squat position next to a wooden fence and two at the bottom of the mark playing with a small cart as one sits with three dogs and the other pulls the cart.
