The mark consists of five circular, concentric rings ranging in different thicknesses with the outer ring being black followed by the next inner ring being white followed by the next inner ring, which is also the thickest, being black and wherein the words "ZEMI CAFE" are shown in white capital block lettering situated and centered in the upper circular portion within the black ring following the circular shape of the ring in which it is positioned. A thin solid white line extends just after the last letter "E" leading to the bottom within the black ring where it stops just before a white yin-yang symbol. Another thin solid white line extends from the left side of the yin-yang symbol and stops before the first letter "Z". The next smaller inner ring is solid white followed by another smaller inner ring that is black and surrounds the interior image of a solid white cross shape laid out in an "X" pattern. The top center quadrant of the "X" has four alternating black and white colored inverted linear triangles the first of which is white. The left and right quadrants of the "X" consist of a black circle inside of a white circle inside of a black semi-circle inside of a white semi-circle, with the space between the white semi-circle and the "X" being black. The bottom quadrant of the "X" consists of a white circle inside of a black semi-circle inside of a white semi-circle, with the space between the white semi-circle and the "X" being black.
