The mark consists of the word "Shine", capital "S", lower-case all other letters in a custom circus font with white and yellow two-tone color accents adorning the inside of the lettering, with a black outline meant to resemble a shadow effect being cast on the right hand side of the lettering when facing the mark. The Capital letter "S" has both black and burgandy accent lines within the upper two-thirds of the letter, as well as black inner-shading meant to add depth to the first letter of the mark. A 5 pronged all white starburst shape meant to represent luster in the form of shine lines emenate from above the diamond shape. The word "BRAND" in all caps and colored white with black accented lines and a yellow shadow effect cast to the right of each letter is positioned directly below the word "Shine", just above an arching stylized underline shape matching the custom circus font of the word "Shine", also adorned with a white and yellow two-toned color scheme. The stylized underline also has black and burgandy accent lines within the right and left thirds of the shape as well as black inner-shading meant to add depth to the image. Behind all words and the underline shape in the background of the mark is a burgundy field with light gray crop lines faintly seen rising to the right upper corner when facing the mark. A gray colored mountain range sits above the burgandy field with the crop lines, and the edges of the burgandy colored background fades in a gradient fashion into a completely black outer edge.
