QA Mentor proposes unique 'Business Essential Software Testing (BEST) framework' which will enhance the quality of software application/ product delivery multiple folds. The idea here is to perform an extensive Business or Customer focused testing instead of just functional testing during the testing phase. With BEST framework in place, QA Mentor will ensure this by having a tight coupling between the Business Analysts and the Quality Analysts. In-fact, Business Analysts would be very much part of the QA/ Testing Team and drive what we call 'Business Assurance' testing. It is often observed that once the Requirements phase is over, the Business Analyst's involvement is limited across STLC and is restricted mostly to support the QA/ Testing Team with requirement clarification. With this new process/ framework in place, QA Mentor intends to expand the scope of Business Analysis activities to cover the entire STLC
