The mark consists of a partial spherical, light blue globe-like shape consisting of hatched light blue curved lines at the center on white background. Surrounding the center in a circular fashion are dark blue lines of greater thickness. The dark blue circular lines do not connect, but are layered and broken to create the circular shape surrounding the center globe-like figure.
