The mark consists of an orange border circle with a black border inside the orange border, with the words "CHICAGO CHEETAHS" in orange and black letters in an arc along the top interior of the circle, the words "FASTPITCH SOFTBALL" in orange and black letters in an arc along the bottom interior of the circle, and two black stars positioned between those two phrases, separating them. Within/inside the circular arrangement of the previously referenced wording is a black single line circle with a thin white border inside the single line circle. And within/inside this white, circular border is another, innermost circle that is colored black and has the stylized, orange wording "CHEETAHS" in its center. Above the orange "CHEETAHS" wording the innermost black circle has four stylized, white tears in it, as if made by animal claws, and within these tears--visible as if looking out through the tears--is the white and black stylized design of a portion of a cheetah's head, having orange and black eyes. Below the orange "CHEETAHS" wording the innermost black circle also has another four stylized, white tears in it, as if made by animal claws. The unenclosed white space appearing outside of all the previously referenced circles and borders is background, and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
