The mark consists of a young boy with a red chef's hat, brown eyes and brown hair is holding a white dish of three steaming different colored round baked breads in his right hand. He is wearing a white chef jacket with five red buttons going down the front of the jacket, and a red and white checkered tie around his neck. His left ear is protruding and he has dark red colored cheeks. His right hand is making the ok sign with his fingers. He is in a black circle which is enclosed in a larger circular jagged gold seal. The word "FRESCO" is written on the upper portion of the circular seal in red capital letters. On the bottom in black the words: "Bakery Fresh...Every Time!" are written in a half circle shape on the inside of the gold round jagged seal. The seal color is composed of various gradients of gold. All other instances of the color white in the mark are for background purposes only and are not claimed as a feature of the mark.
