The mark consists of a grey, square outer box with a grey cross inside of the outer box dividing the space inside the outer box into four equal squares or quadrants. Within the top left-hand quadrant of the box is the blue capital letter "R". Within the top right-hand quadrant of the box is a grey capital letter "C". Within the bottom left-hand quadrant of the box is a grey capital "P", and within the bottom right-hand quadrant of the box is a blue capital "C". To the right of the outer box, and on the level of the upper two quadrants of the box is the word "RichardsonClement" followed by a space and the small capital letters "PC". The word "Richardson" is in blue, and the word "Clement" is in grey. The letters "PC" are in blue. To the right of the outer box and on the level of the two lower quadrants of the box are the words "Attorneys At Law" in grey.
