Description of Mark
The mark consist of a depiction of the bottle container for the goods, with a label and a cap. The base of the bottle begins wide then slightly narrows and then the bottle widens again, creating a tapered effect. At the neck of the bottle the term "BERTOLLI" clear in color is blown into the glass and similarly the wording "DAL 1865" clear in color is blown into the glass just above the base of the bottle. The cap is the color green, and the label has a white background color. At the top of the label is a red and gold colored crest with a gold crown and gold laurels, with the crest superimposed on a red oval with a white inner border and a gold outer border. The word "BERTOLLI" in white outlined in black and "DAL 1865" in gold appear within the oval.
