To the left of the words "NORTHROP REALTY" is a design consisting of a stylized eight point compass rose. The four longer spokes of the compass rose are located on and point toward the north, east, south and west parts of the compass. Each of the four longer spokes are divided into two parts, with the color black on the left side of each spoke and the color white on the right side.
