The mark consists of a tube positioned on top of and adjacent to a smaller rectangle with a thin light line defining the outer perimeter of the mark. The tube is comprised of a dark background with seven parallelograms within the tube that are parallel and spaced apart from each other and positioned so that the parallel lines forming the width of each parallelogram are a small distance from the inner perimeter of the tube, with the words "MEGA STICK" in light block letters across the length of the tube and on top of and obscuring portions of said parallelograms. The rectangle is long and narrow with the inside line of the length of the rectangle defined by where the lighter background of the rectangle meets the darker background of the tube with the words "HARD CANDY STICK" across the length of the rectangle.
