The mark consists of a semi-circle with the upper half of the semi-circle in burnt orange with white silhouettes of three flying pheasants centered within the burnt orange portion of the semi-circle, the bottom half of the semi-circle depicts two olive green hills outlined in white with three horizontal curved parallel white lines on the left hill and two horizontal curved parallel white lines on the right hill, there is a white river winding between the two hills, and there are eight white tufts of long grass with one on the left side of the semi-circle, one of the right side of the semi-circle, five on the left hill near the end of the river and one on the right hill near the end of the river. Centered below the design are the words "CALL OF THE UPLANDS THE NATIONAL CAMPAIGN FOR PHEASANTS FOREVER & QUAIL FOREVER" in olive green font with "CALL OF THE UPLANDS" centered above the words "THE NATIONAL CAMPAIGN FOR PHEASANTS FOREVER & QUAIL FOREVER".
