The mark consist of the word "Abarrotes" in white font, and outlined in black, arcing upward and above the words "El Paisano". Below "Abarrotes" are the words "El Paisano" in white font, outlined in black and encased or inside a red ribbon banner, arcing upward and above a vegetable basket. The ribbon banner that contains the words "El Paisano" is red, outlined in black, arcing above a basket of vegetables and has black stylized elements around the bends in the ribbon. Below the words "El Paisano" is a yellow vegetable basket which is outlined in black and has a black crisscross pattern in the bottom of the basket and black stitching along the rim of the basket. The basket contains images of two ears of yellow corn with green husks both have black stylizations, a gold pepper with a black stem, two red peppers with black stems, and two white corn husks overlapping part of the outside of the vegetable basket. These vegetables and husks are outline in black. Behind the aforementioned basket and vegetables is a yellow sunburst design, all of which is surrounded on both sides by two orange stalks of wheat with black grass pieces. Immediately below the vegetable basket is a red rectangular oval banner with the words "Productos Mexicanos" in white font and outlined in black. All elements of the design are outlined in black. The lower half of the mark is on a field of green. The upper portion of the mark has a white background that is not claimed as a portion of the mark and merely represents background.
