The mark consists of a concentric circles. The outside circle is red. The inside circle is black. The space between the circles is white. Going around the white space between the circles is the stylized black wording VETERANS MARTIAL ARTS TRAINING. On the bottom portion of the white space are three five-pointed stars. One star is red and outlined in black. The star in the middle is white and outlined in black and the other star is blue and outlined in black. Inside the black circle is a background design of an American flag with red and white stripes and eight white five-pointed stars on a blue partial background. Centered across a white stripe on the flag is the stylized khaki lettering V-MAT.
