The mark consists of a literal element consisting of the words "Washington" and "Tier One Hockey" in red upper case letters surrounding the stylized words "Little Caps" in blue lowercase letters, and the design element involving placement of those words to form the Washington Little Capitals logo with three red stars appearing above the word "Washington" and the elongated and joined "l" from "little" and "p" from "caps" to create the image of a hockey stick symbolizing our participation in the sport of hockey and distinguishing our club from other youth hockey clubs.
