The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a heavy duty truck grille surround featuring a frame that has a substantially straight bottom, and sides with rounded corners and on all sides flared to expand outwardly from front to back. The top is substantially straight with a slightly raised center portion which extends vertically downward with a single vertical rib that is tapered slightly from top to bottom with perpendicular sides. The vertical rib divides the rectangular aperture contained within the border of the surround. This vertical rib divides the aperture into approximately equal portions. The broken lines depicting the vents in the grille behind the subject surround and the vehicle badge on the grille surround indicate placement and are not part of the mark.
