The mark consists of a depiction of a globe superimposed upon a triangle, the globe having superimposed on it a series of circles and lines depicting interconnected nodes, the three outer points of the triangle having superimposed over them a circle with an inner border - within which the globe and visible portion of the triangle are depicted, the circle also having an outer border, and the inner border and outer border containing therein a central ring, and within the top portion of the central ring of the circle the words "HOME HEALTH AIDE TRAINING INSTITUTE, INC." and the signs of the cross vertically placed immediately before the "H" of "HEALTH" and vertically placed immediately after the "." of "INC.", and also therein the words "HOUSE OF HOMECARE" in quotes along the bottom portion of the central ring in the circle.
