The mark consists of a circular form wherein at the top of the arched circle is the word in all capital letters "NEGOTIATOR" curving downwards; below this text forming the middle of the circle there is a capital letter "N" on the left and a capital letter "T" on the far right; in the middle of these two letters is a large circle which depicts a letter "O", therefore the word "NOT" is implied; within this large letter "O" is artwork which illustrates a woman in the far left sitting at a desk appearing to be typing; centered is another figure of a woman with one leg up appearing to be adjusting her high heel; this woman in the center is also standing on a cobblestone street in front of two large open doors; finally within this circle there is an image of a third woman on the right who is bending over by a car window; lastly below "NOT" at the bottom of the circle is the word in all capital letters "PROSTITUTE" arching upwards from left to right.
