The mark consists of a simulated rectangular window encased in a simulated wooden window frame, having scroll designs at the four corners, the top and the bottom of the frame, also having simulated barber's polls on the right and left sides of the window. The words "PRESTIGIOUS CUTS LLC" are placed toward the top of the window on a simulated banner which wraps around the left and right barber's poles, each of said words being placed below and to the right of one another on the banner. In the center of the window is the left profile of a man with a handlebar mustache and wearing a bow tie. Intricate scroll work is placed below the man and scrolling up and outwardly toward the edges of the window frame and on either side of the man. Placed at the center of the scroll work inside a simulated medallion is the letter "P" with a small arrow pointing to the left. Placed slightly below and to the right of the letter "P" is the letter "C" with a small arrow pointing to the right.
