The mark consists of stylized image of the earth displaying the Americas in green and the oceans in blue in the center of the drawing. The earth is within a circle and a cross separating the earth into four quadrants outlined in the colors red, black, white and yellow. Surrounding the earth and the circle are four hands shaking each other in tan and brown with black and white feathers as arms. On the top portion of the design of the shaking hands and feather are four American Indian Teepee gradually getting smaller outlined in black and beige color with a dark green bushes behind them. On the bottom portion of the design of shaking hands and feather is the depiction of an upside down city and high-rise skyline in gray.
