The mark consists of a rectangular banner, with rounded edges, containing the wording "PERKY BEANS" in script lettering, the banner having a dark brown background and the wording shaded dark brown at the bottom, through light brown to white at the top, stylized swirls of faint brown lines behind the words "PERKY BEANS", the word coffee in capital block letters, blue in color on a dark brown rectangle located below the above described banner, three white horizontal stripes before and after the word "COFFEE", a white cup filled with brown coffee with stylized light brown steam rising from the contents located at the top center of the rectangular banner and a diamond shaped background behind the banner and the rectangle, the background in a shade lighter brown than the background of the banner and having vertical, even lighter brown, pin stripes, the diamond shaped background having a white, light brown, black and blue border and a pair of stylized images of coffee beans located at the bottom of the diamond shaped background, the beans are in black color.
