The mark consists of a circle in the middle of the mark which contains, on the left side, one half of a white eagle with gold maxilla, crest, mandible, and four (4) nails, gray highlights on the wing, body, leg, face, tail, and eye all on a red background; on the right side of the circle, an American flag with seven (7) white stars on a blue background above two (2) stripes of red on either side of one (1) white stripe; the circle is surrounded by the words in red capitalized letters of "POLISH AMERICAN" on the top from the left beginning from the half point of the circle and "HISTORICAL ASSOCIATION" in the same red capitalized letters from the left beginning from the half point of the circle; the entire logo is on a bed of white background.
