The mark consists of a design of five blue quadrilaterals that progressively decreases in blue shade intensity from right to left. Anchoring the design in the bottom right hand corner is a dark blue square. To the immediate left of the dark blue square is a horizontally oriented lighter shaded blue rectangle that is the same height as the dark blue square to its right. Above the dark blue square are three rectangles in a row in descending heights in proportion to the dark blue square one adjacent to the other. The first rectangle in the row above the dark blue square is a lighter blue that is taller than the dark blue square. The second rectangle in the row adjacent to the first rectangle is a lighter blue shade that also is taller than the dark blue square but less tall than the first rectangle. The third rectangle in the row adjacent to the second rectangle is a still lighter blue shade that also is taller than the dark blue square, but shorter than the second rectangle.
