The mark consists of the word "ScioMed" in large font above the word "TECHNOLOGY" in font smaller than the font used for "ScioMed", with both words placed to the right of a a circle and with the word "ScioMed" vertically centered with respect to the circle, the circle comprising a circumference with two gaps therein (with one gap located approximately at the 2 o'clock position and the second gap located approximately at the eight o'clock position), with three vertically spaced-apart diagonal rectangular planes positioned in the interior of the circle, with the uppermost plane extending inwardly from the circumference of the circle from a lower end above the eight o'clock gap toward an upper end in the interior of the circle at a position oriented toward the one o'clock position, the middle plane positioned within the circumference of the circle and having a lower end in the interior of the circle at a position oriented toward a position below the eight o'clock gap and an upper end in the interior of the circle at a position oriented toward a position above the two o'clock gap, and the lowermost plane extending inwardly from the circumference of the circle from an upper end below the 2 o'clock gap toward a lower end in the interior of the circle at a position oriented toward the seven o'clock position.
