The mark consists of a shield divided into four (4) sections; the top left section of the shield has the upper case letter "M" in white on a burgundy background; the top right section of the shield has an open book with white pages and black print on a white background; the bottom left section of the shield has an owl in black and white on a white background; and the bottom right section of the shield has a five (5) pointed star in white with black outlining on a burgundy background with white lines; the perimeter of the shield is outlined in black, as are the four (4) sections of the shield; close to the sides of the shield is a gold wreath, and on the bottom of the shield are the Latin words "FIAT LUX" meaning in English "let there be light" in black letters on a white background within a rectangular shaped design containing wing shaped sides; to the right of the shield in black letters are the words "Morningside Heights America", below which in lighter colored black letters are the words "College & Career Consulting", below which in burgundy colored letters are the words "Your Trusted, Disciplined & Principled Partner Toward College & Career Satisfaction".
