The mark consists of a round seal with a white border with a navy blue circle inside the white border and another white circle inside the navy blue circle. The words "ESTB. 1897", shown in white, appears at the top of the navy blue circular portion of the seal with the words "OUR STORY CRAFTED BY YOUR DREAMS", shown in white, at the bottom of the seal with two curved white lines between the two phrases. Inside the navy blue and white border is an abstract landscape with a navy blue building with white windows and outlining and an orange roof; on either side of the building are two rounded green trees with navy blue trunk and branches and white outlining; behind and above the building is a navy blue skyline with the white wording "WOODSTOCK" across it, and with blue sky and white clouds above that at the top of the inner circle, and the stacked words "CITY OF" shown in navy blue centered inside the cloud; below the building at the bottom of the inner circle is a semi-circular area of green grass with the word "GEORGIA" shown in navy blue inside. The color gray represents transparent background and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
