The mark consists of the letters "Des Rues" in black lettering, placed between two curved black lines and upon a blue background that features a repeating patter of white geometrical tear drop and floral shapes. The words "PRIMUM VODKA" appear below this is black and a white stylized shield design appears above with several curved black lines emanating from it. The shield is subdivided by crisscrossing black lines. The top portion of the sheild contains a design of two black axes. The left and right portions contains black floral designs and bottom portion contains the letters "DR" in black. The broken lines depicting the outline of the bottle and its cap indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
