The mark consists of an Art Deco 1950s style American Diner sign containing the word "toast" over the words "CITY DINER". The word "toast" appears in black stylized lowercase letters wherein the inside of the letter "o" represents the shape of an egg and the inside curves of the letter "s" represent the feeding portions of a fork and a spoon. On top of the letter "a" appears a black silhouette of a rooster holding a cup containing a steaming beverage. Behind the word "toast" appears the top portion of a semicircle outlined in black containing gray horizontal lines radiating outward from the letter "a". Below, the words "CITY DINER" appear in turquoise capital letters and a retro diner-style font. The words "CITY DINER" appear within a rounded edge rectangle outlined in black, of which the rounded ends are intersected by three short lines. The white areas represent background and are not a feature of the mark
