The mark consists of the stylized design of a shield-shaped crest with three figurative elements on it resembling silhouettes of burning flames. Above the crest, and slightly overlapping its top edge, is an armor helmet with an open top crown atop it. Emanating from this helmet, and surrounding and partially overlapping the top and sides of the crest, are decorative swirls of leaves.
