The mark consists of the capitalized words "TRANSITIONAL TRIUMPHS" contained within an incomplete circle, which fades out and back in at the east and west arcs of the circle. The word "TRANSITIONAL" is an arc just inside and along the top arc of the incomplete circle and the word "TRIUMPHS" is a reverse arc just above the bottom arc of the incomplete circle. Directly along the bottom of the circle on the outside are the capitalized words "WHERE HEAD & HEART MEET HANDS & FEET" in an arc that follows the curve of the bottom of the circle. Inside of the words and the circle is a design that consists of an incomplete and unclosed heart. Inside and on the left side of the heart is an image of a head and foot. The foot consists of a part of the loop of the heart and the foot also serves as the ear for the head. The head is a side profile with the foot as an ear, a nose, and a mouth and faces the inside of the incomplete heart. The incomplete heart with the head and foot are directly above two shapes that look like cupping hands. The hands are curved and appear to be holding the heart with the enclosed head and foot. The entire design element and words contained in the mark are gold. The mark is shown against a black background, but the black background is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
