The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of the goods consisting of a multi-purpose retaining device comprising a cord which has two ends, composed of an elastomeric material configured to deform elastically upon elongation. Each of the ends of the cord are threaded through a cord stop, which permits the length of the cord to be adjusted with any spare cord, forming two outwardly stretched arms extending from a loop, which is shaped as a water droplet having a thin upper area that gently slopes into a more full, round base. Suspension clips are respectively slidably connected to each end of the cord at the outwardly stretched arms in order to grip a material.
