The mark consists of an image on the top part of which appears a waterfall with stones in gray and black shadowing between the stones, greenery in light green, green, dark green and black on the stones and white and teal water falling into a body of water that is turquoise and fades to light blue and white. A banner in light beige and outlined in gold appears in a downwards arc at the top of the image. At the bottom of the waterfall and body of water image is a scroll design in gold. Below the scroll design is a square created by scroll designs with the scroll at the top of the square in gold and the sides and bottom in dark gold. In the middle of the square design are two horizontal scroll designs in silver. The entire mark is on a rectangular with serrated edges light beige background.
