The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a flexible pouch with a combination of two images as product packaging for disposable wipes. The broken lines depicting the shape of the flexible pouch, the shape of the decal, the triangle on the decal, and the oval opening on the bunny's buttocks from which the wipes are dispensed indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
