The mark consists of a circle with the following elements contained inside the circle: The phrase "KITCHEN + BEER BAR" (all capitals) is arched along the top of the inside of the circle and the phrase "BUFFALO NEW YORK" (all capitals) is arched along the bottom of the inside of the circle. Below the phrase "KITCHEN + BEER BAR" arched across the top of the circle is an image of a fork and an image of wheat in an X position between two (2) short horizontal lines on either side of the crossing fork and wheat image. Underneath the image of the fork and wheat and the corresponding lines, there is a long horizontal line from one end of the circle to the other; under the long horizontal line, in the direct center of the circle, are big bold letters of "L" "O" "C" "A" and "L". In the "C" of the letters there is a silhouette of a bison. Below the bold letters of "L" "O" "C" "A" and "L" is one (1) long horizontal line from one end of the circle to the other. Under the long line is a shorter horizontal line that stretches from the "B" to the "K" in the phrase "BUFFALO NEW YORK" arched at the bottom of the circle. Beneath the shorter horizontal line is the phrase "SINCE 2015" with a long dash on either side of the phrase. Below the phrase "SINCE 2015" is a short horizontal line.
