The mark consists of the literal element consisting of "THE ENGLISH CONTRACTOR & REMODELING SERVICES" in black located within a central rectangular white box with thin black border, all of which is centered over a background rectangle that is filled in an approximate rendition of a union jack flag with a red stripe down the middle, across both diagonals and a horizontal red stripe across the middle, all on a wider white background, with the remainder of the flag in blue. The central white box obscures most of the background box, rendering the color scheme of the flag into more or less of a border. The letter "I" in English has a stylized black crown located where the period mark would otherwise be.
