The mark consists of a stylized image of a handheld fan. The top of the fan is split into ten quadrilateral sections that contain designs of flowers and stars, where there are three five-petaled flowers and eight four-pointed stars with circles at their centers. The quadrilateral sections curve around a large circle below them, where the large circle has an outer ring. The borders of the ring are made of small circles. These borders surround an inner design comprised of stacked curved lines separated at equal distances by straight lines. Inside the ring, at the center of the large circle, is a design of four curved lines entwining above three horizontal lines.
