The mark consists of trade dress of the product packaging used in connection with the services. The first image is a perspective view showing three of the sides of a cube; on the front of the cube are uniform green polka dots behind the stylized white word "THRED"; on the top of the cube are uniform green polka dots behind the stylized white word "THREDUP"; on the side of the cube are uniform green polka dots. The second image is a perspective view showing three of the sides of the cubes; the front of the cube are uniform green polka dots behind the stylized white word "THRED"; on the side of the cube are uniform green polka dots behind the stylized white word "UP"; on top of the cube are the white stylized word "THREDUP". The third image shows the interior of the box, wherein there is tissue paper fully covered with uniform green polka dots. The color white on the interior and outside of the box is meant to signify the background and is not a feature of the mark. The black along the edges of the wording is meant to signify the edges of the white text and represents transparent areas and is not a feature of the mark. The dashed lines are not part of the trade dress but are intended to show the placement of the trade dress on the box
