The mark consists of a stylized bird with outstretched wings and a letter "T" in the chest where the background is black, the bird's head is white with black lining and the eye of the bird is outlined in black with a gold inner lining and white center, the "T" is white with a red square in the center outlined in black and the outline of the "T" is red and then black at the top and black and then red at the bottom where the top is in two downward peaks and the bottom is in one downward peak; the wings are black, red, white and gold where black and then red appears to the left and right of the "T" followed by fields of black with white dots outlined in gold on both sides and each side ends with feathers descending down the sides where the feathers are white with gold tops and a black notch out of each; the tail feathers are form from a red line that extends down from the "T" and fades to two feathers that start red and end white with red dots on the feathers and three feathers to the left, right and center of these that start black and end white with black dots on the feathers.
