The certification mark is intended to be used by third-parties authorized by the certifier and certifies that the goods or products provided have been grown in Mississippi; raised in Mississippi (for seafood, it must have been wild-caught from the Gulf of Mexico and come through a Mississippi port/dock); crafted by Mississippi company(ies) using agricultural components and/or natural resources; made or manufactured for the benefit of the agriculture industry and where 51% or more of the particular good or product was manufactured in Mississippi and final goods or products were manufactured at a Mississippi-based facility; and/or processed at or in a Mississippi-based facility unless granted permission by the certifier.
