The following is inside the circle: on the bottom, there is a curved banner with a red border and marigold yellow background. At each end of the banner are red rose bouquets with green leaves with gold accents within, wrapped in gray and white wrapping. The background color behind the horses is cream yellow. In between the horses are two figures and behind them is an eight faced brown cobra with a white body.
