The mark consists of an image of a shaded triangle with a miscellaneous pattern inside. The aforementioned triangle is enclosed inside a larger shaded triangle. Located over the triangles is an image of an stylized shaded eye with a diamond inside. Directly below the eye is the word "SANGRIA" in upper case text. The word "VISIONARY" is directly below the aforementioned word in upper case letters. Two curved horizontal bands are coming out of the middle parts of the larger triangle on each end. The two bands connect on each end to form a curved shaded parallelogram. Inside the parallelogram and connecting to the triangle is a circular shadow on each side of the triangle. The outer shaded background is not a feature of the mark.
