In the top left part of the circle, behind the letter "G" and over the circular background, appears a design of red flames with an orange outline. The letter "L" underlines the letter "I", and the dot of the "I" is a flame-like design. Another horizontal red line underlines the letters "NA". All of the foregoing appears over a black background with various square-shaped figures in shades of orange and dark orange, arranged in an asymmetrical manner. The color gray in the mark represents shading and is not part of the mark.
