The mark consists of the stylized word "three" in lower case letters, the stylized numeral "3", and the stylized Roman numeral "III". The three literal elements are provided in three different font styles, in three different font shades, in three different font sizes, and all of the literal elements are arranged in an overlapping manner. The word "three" is presented in a very dark font, the numeral "3" is presented in a much lighter font, and the Roman numeral "III" is provided in an even lighter font. The font for each literal element is sized differently with the numeral "3" being approximately three times the size of the word "three", and the Roman numeral "III" being twice as large as the word "three". The word "three" starts to the left of the numeral "3" with the letters "ee" in the word "three" overlapping a lower portion of the numeral "3" and the numeral "3" extends slightly below and well above the word "three". The word "three" also starts to the left of the Roman numeral "III" with the letters "ree" of "three" overlapping the upper half of the Roman numeral "III" with the Roman numeral "III" extending above and below the word "three". The lower portion of the numeral "3" overlaps the third numeral "I" in the Roman numeral "III".
