The mark consists of a shield design with a black background on the upper portion of the shield and blue background on the lower portion; the shield is bordered by an incomplete gray line followed by an incomplete black line and both are under the stylized wording "SPIRIT LEAGUE"; the entire shield and wording portions of the design are outlined in gray; the stylized word "SPIRIT" in white appears over the center of the shield design above the stylized word "LEAGUE" in white; below the letters "PIRI" in the wording "SPIRIT" is a gray curved line; the wording "LEAGUE" has two small white stars on either side of the wording; the entire "SPIRIT LEAGUE" wording, star, and curved line design is on a black background; above the "SPIRIT LEAGUE" wording in the shield design are three stylized sports balls; in the center is an orange basketball with black curved lines; behind and to the left of the basketball is a white soccer ball with black lines and patches; behind and to the right of the basketball is a white baseball with red stitching; below the "SPIRIT LEAGUE" wording and design on the blue portion of the shield is the stylized wording "THE PLACE TO SOAR" in white with the wording "THE PLACE TO" above the wording "SOAR"; on either side of the shield design are stylized wings with each feather colored light gray on the top and fading to white on the bottom; the feathers on the wings are outlined in black; the color white in the background of the mark is not claimed as a feature of the mark and merely represents the background.
