The mark consists of three large overlapping circles, one positioned at the top center in the color orange and affixing the wording "SCHOOL READY" below a picture of three textbooks, a ruler and two pencils; a second circle in the color blue at the bottom left position affixing the wording "CAREER READY" adjacent to a light bulb design; and the third being a green circle at the bottom right affixing the wording "LIFE READY" adjacent to an image of a graduation cap sitting on a globe. Each of the foregoing circles overlap with the orange and blue overlap area creating a purple color, the blue and green overlap area appearing in a lighter shade of blue; and finally the orange and green circles overlap to create a darker orange color, and wherein all three circles overlap in the center to create a red triangle. The color white represents background, outlining, shading, and/or transparent areas and is not part of the mark.
