The mark consists of the literal element "FocusPen", where the text is stylized including that the "o" is stylized; "Focus" is formed with turquoise blue letters, which are formed with a teal outer edge about the periphery of the letters, where the "F" is capitalized and the "o", "c", "u" and "s" are lower case and wherein the center of the normally open portion of the "o" is filled with an earth icon, where a sea portion of the earth icon is turquoise blue and a land portion of the earth icon is green, and where there are burnt orange rays extending from the outermost surface of the "o" in every direction and where, at respective 12:00 and 1:00 positions relative the outer surface of the "o", there are bird icons, colored turquoise blue, and superimposed over portions of the corresponding rays where the bird icons are positioned; "Pen" is formed with solid orange letters, where the "P" is capitalized and the "e" and "n" are lower case.
