The mark consists of an octagon with a thin white border. Within the octagon are three vertical stripes, the left and right stripes are blue and the middle stripe is red. Within the blue stripes are four white stars each being equal in size and one being located in each of the four corners of the octagon. Two additional smaller white stars are within the blue stripes, one in the bottom left corner of the octagon and one in the bottom right corner of the octagon. Superimposed over the vertical stripes and located in the center of the octagon is a white rectangle. Within the white rectangle is a red line that arcs to the right with the base of the line being larger than the top of the line and comes to a point as the line arcs to the right. Wrapping around the arcing line are two blue concentric lines. Each concentric line forms two-thirds of a oval, one of the semi-ovals being larger than the other semi-oval. To the right of the red arcing line are the words "POWER HOME" in block lettering. The word "POWER" is blue and the word "HOME" is red. The red arcing line and the words "POWER HOME" are underlined with a blue line. The word "TECHNOLOGIES" is located below the underline and in blue.
