The mark consists of letters SMRP" with a dark gray half arc that starts to the left of the letter "S" becomes transparent and cuts midway thru the letters "S" and "M" dividing each letter into two colors, dark gray at the top and light blue underneath the arc, and ends at the bottom left corner of the letter "R" with a dark gray outline that curves from the top of the arc and turns into a right angle around the letters "SMRP" all above and connected to a dark gray quadrilateral shape with the white words "APPROVED PROVIDER" appearing inside. The color white appearing around the letters "SMRP" and on the outside of the quadrilateral shape in the mark represents a transparent background and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
