The mark is alleged to have been in use since around 2012; 4. The excepted user is OWL, Inc., 1705 Road 2054, Culbertson, MT 59218. There are no registrations or pending applications to Applicant's knowledge. The mode of use is in connection with advertising a hazardous waste disposal business in North Dakota; 5. Applicant submits herewith a verified statement.
