The mark consists of a shield design, with a white gear and two white wrenches crossed in the upper portion of the shield, with a white design of water flow between the bottom of the crossed wrenches, and a white fire flame at top of the crossed wrenches. The wording "PERFECT STAR" in red and "HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING" in white is underneath the wrenches, and goes to beyond the shield on the right and left sides. In the bottom portion of the shield are five white stars that increase in size from the left and from the right and meet in the middle with the largest size. The shield has nine vertical lines with four lines in red and five lines in light red, a border of white and silver, and the entire mark is distressed throughout. The color black represents background and/or transparent area and is not part of the mark.
